Kimberly Pyke-Grimm PhD, RN, CNS, CPHON

I have practiced as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in pediatric hematology/oncology and stem cell transplant and cared for patients and their families for over 30 years. My research has been focused on the care of children, adolescents and young adults with cancer and their families. This has included a primary focus on treatment decision making in the context of cancer. In 2018, I received my PhD in Nursing from UCSF School of Nursing with a focus on adolescents and young adults (AYA) with cancer and treatment decision making. In 2020 I completed a postdoctoral fellowship in palliative care at Stanford University and am now a Nurse Scientist and Clinical Instructor at Stanford Children’s Health.
