 Instructions on How to Login to the CEPD CloudCME Portal

  • Stanford Medicine - Health Care Employees (includes Tri Valley, Partners/UHA)
    • Sign in using your SID.
    • While away from the SHC network or SHC VPN, you will continue to login with your SID with Duo secure authentication.
    • If you need assistance logging in or with Duo enrollment setup support please contact the SHC Help Desk 650-723-3333.
  • All Others (includes Stanford Medicine - School of Medicine, Stanford Children's Health, and the general public)
    • Will not be using an SID login and are encouraged to use your employee email.
    • If you had an account in the previous registration system, iPlan (accounts prior to January 2020) and are accessing the CloudCME portal for the very first time, you will need to sync your account when logging in for the first time.

  • Creating a new user profile with a new email is highly discouraged if you have attended any of our classes in the past.  This action will create a duplicate profile for you in our system and it will NOT show history of your previously attended classes on your transcript automatically.

Registration

  • Self-register using the CEPD CloudCME website.
  • The CEPD is not able to register you by phone or email.
  • Classes are added on a rolling basis. Please check back from time to time to view new course offerings. 

 

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Debit and credit cards are accepted.  Credit cards currently accepted are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
  • For SHC employees, Educational Assistance Funds (TOF) is no longer an option at checkout for elective courses. Employees will complete the tuition reimbursement process through Tuition Manager after completing the course (similar process to courses taken outside SHC).
  •  Required mandatory classes, i.e. ACLS and BLS are complimentary to SHC, Valley Care and UHA employees.
    • SHC employees must be logged in with their SID to register without requiring payment.
    • LPCH and SOM employees will pay for their own registration and seek reimbursement through their own organization’s current reimbursement process for completing required courses, e.g. ACLS and BLS courses.

Cancellations/Refunds

  • Registrants are unable to transfer their registration to another course.
  • Registrants must cancel their own registration and sign up for a new course (if applicable).
  • To cancel a registration, complete a Registrant Cancellation Request: Registrant Cancellation Request Form
