This lecture, "Leading Change with Heart: Cultivating Essential Skills to Inspire and Guide Teams" provides Advance Practice Providers with an ability to identify essential core skills for leading change and highlights the impact of core leadership skills on team dynamics and patient outcomes, in addition to, organizational success while recognizing bias and exploring practical applications of the core skills needed in healthcare. The APP will be able to apply knowledge learned in this presentation to lead to change within their clinical speciality with confidence.

1. Identify core skills essential for leading change.
2. Discuss the impact of core leadership skills on team dynamics, patient outcomes, and organizational success.
3. Verbalize how one's own implicit biases may impact leadership and change management.
4. Identify practical applications of these core skills in healthcare.
