This lecture will provide a discussion regarding the concept of moral injury and its impact on APPs. The presenter will give APPs the tools to recognize and identify bias as well as develop strategies for building resistance. At the end of the lecture, APPs will have the necessary knowledge and tools to develop an action plan and implement changes in the workplace.

3. Address implicit bias and its role in moral injury
