Pathway to Clinical Ladder Promotion: Professional Nurse Development Program (PNDP) Preparation Course

Learn more about how Patricia Benner's theory of novice to expert and her identified seven clinical domains can be incorporated into a written illustration a nurse's clinical expertise. This course was designed for those planning to apply for their PNPD promotion. Also included is an overview of the PNDP application process, online application system, and additional resources. By the end of this course, 65% of attendees will state they have gained knowledge in comparing Benner’s stages of expertise and domains to one’s own professional nursing practice.
