This webinar will present the outcomes and insights from the GRACE team's research on their novel, interactive gender-affirming care (GAC) education course, emphasizing the importance of addressing implicit biases and knowledge gaps when creating actionable steps to improve care for transgender and gender-diverse (TGD) patients.

At the conclusion of this presentation, the participant will be able to:

1. Describe the impact of GAC education on provider knowledge, confidence, and comfort, and its role in addressing implicit bias in healthcare delivery.

2. Identify key measurable outcomes and data-driven insights from the GRACE project to improve gender-affirming care practices.

3. Discuss strategies to sustain and expand GAC education efforts within healthcare systems, ensuring long-term improvements in care for TGD patients.

65% of participants will report an intent to change practice when caring for transgender and gender diverse patients.

Learning Objectives:
