Certified Emergency Nurse Exam Review - 2 Day

This two-day, live in-person review course is targeted for registered nurses preparing to sit for the Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) examination. Facilitated by faculty from Solheim Enterprises, this review course will cover all aspects of the CEN examination including: Preparing for the Exam; Mental Health Emergencies; Environmental & Toxicological Emergencies; Communicable Diseases; Cardiovascular Emergencies; Medical Emergencies; Neurological Emergencies; Maxillofacial & Ocular Emergencies; Respiratory Emergencies; GI, GU, OB/GYN; Musculoskeletal & Wound Emergencies; and Professional Issues. This tailor-made review course combines lectures, multimedia, personal stories, and challenge questions to review the content and provide the learner with the knowledge and confidence to successfully pass the CEN examination.

1. identify how implicit bias may affect the care of the patient in an acute emergency.
2. interpret the Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) blueprint.
3. implement test taking strategies in practice questions for various sections of the CEN examination.

Regular Fee: $300
(includes course materials and breakfast/lunch/beverages for both days)

Cancellation Policy: A full refund minus a $100 processing fee will be provided if registration is cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the event.
