The SCH/SHC Advanced Practice Provider Grand Rounds is a monthly podium speaker session targeted towards all Advance Practice Providers (APPs).

This activity provides a review of the APP Fellows' Professional A3 Project Presentations, showcasing process improvement initiatives in pediatric cardiac and surgical care. Participants will explore the application of A3 thinking, APP-led quality improvement strategies, factors influencing perioperative and postoperative care processes, and the impact of implicit bias on healthcare delivery and project outcomes.
