Overview

Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED is geared towards anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for their job, regulatory (e.g., OSHA), or other requirements or anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting. Upon successful completion of the course, students receive a course completion card, valid for two years.

  • Audience: This is a private course reserved for Stanford Health Care Engineering & Maintenance department only
  • Location: CEPD Training Center, 1850 Embarcadero Road, Palo Alto, CA 94303
  • Pre-registration is required

What to Expect:

  • An automated email confirmation/receipt will be sent to you after you successfully register.
  • Read your confirmation email thoroughly as it contains important information and instructions to prepare for class.
  • Within 48 business hours of registering, you will receive an email from [email protected] with your invitation to activate your online course.  Follow the instructions in your email to begin and complete your online course. 
  • Depending on the student’s experience, approximate times for each online portion is 4 hours.
  • Your online course must be completed prior to class.
  • Print a copy of your certificate of completion and bring with you to check-in.
