Healthcare Con is an interprofessional collaboration of regional California hospitals and health systems to inspire, teach, and showcase novel approaches to improving care delivery, health outcomes, and professional development. Participants will increase their knowledge in the areas of innovation, leadership, education, research, and evidence-based practice. The live event will feature a range of insightful presentations, rapid fire posters, and poster viewing aimed to teach and inspire health care professionals of all career stages. Learners will be able to describe innovative practices to rethink, redesign and rebuild systems of healthcare.

ANCC Learning Outcomes
  1. Learners will identify operations, evidence-based practice, research, education, and innovative practices that address the evolving changes in healthcare.

2. Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN) Provider Number CEP12165 for 13.75 contact hours.
3. Stanford Health Care Department of Rehabilitation is an approved provider for physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech language pathology for courses that meet the requirements set forth by the respective California Boards. As a Jointly Accredited Organization, Stanford Medicine is approved to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social  Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Organizations, not individual courses, are approved under this program. Regulatory boards are the final authority on courses accepted for continuing education credit. Social workers completing this activity receive 13.75 continuing education credits.
American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA)
Stanford Medicine has been authorized by the American Academy of PAs (AAPA) to award AAPA Category 1 CME credit for activities planned in accordance with AAPA CME Criteria.
