The Art of Mentoring

 The live webinar will review the principles of mentoring and what a healthy mentoring relationship looks like. The course will also provide you tools to use when in the relationship. By the end of the session, the learner will gain knowledge in mentoring, communication and relationship etiquette which can be applied to a relationship with a Mentor or Mentee. The target audience includes any person who is interested in becoming a Mentor or Mentee.

**For the session, you will need a computer and internet access to view the meeting. Instructions on how to login will be emailed upon registration.

1. Identify essential elements in a healthy mentoring partnership.
2. Discuss unintended biases and how they may contribute to an unhealthy mentoring partnership.
3. Describe key communication skills which can be applied to a mentoring relationship.
