2024 Pharmacology Series - Cardiology II

The Pharmacology Series is a collection of 9 sessions focused on the most common medications used for specific patient populations. Each webinar session is taught by a pharmacist from Stanford Health Care. In this session, learners will be provided an overview of the most common cardiology drugs - part II. The 1-hour course will also review the indication for use and common side effects of these medications. Upon completion of this course, you will need to score 75% or higher on a post-test to obtain your CE credits. You will have unlimited attempts to pass the post test.

1. Identify common medications prescribed for patients under the care of cardiology service/clinic.
2. Discuss how the information from this educational activity can be applied to practice.
3. Discuss how implicit bias may affect treatment decisions for this particular patient population.
