2024 Advanced Practice Provider Excellence through Collaborative Education and Learning Conference Ambulatory Care Day 2

The Stanford Health Care Center for Advance Practice and the Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Conference Committee are proud to offer the 12th annual APP conference designed to review evidence-based practice updates on a variety of topics in acute and ambulatory care. Day 2 will explore current diagnostic evaluation tools, updated guidelines, and treatment strategies that are relevant to healthcare providers in the ambulatory care settings. At the conclusion of this conference, 65% of participants will self-report an increase in knowledge of recently released data on various health conditions and will identify strategies to use in practice based on current guidelines. *This will be a live webinar and you will need a computer with internet access to view the meeting. Instructions on how to login will be emailed upon registration.

1. Describe current/best practices in the outpatient setting.
2. Discuss current evidence based pharmacologic therapy.
3. Identify recently released data on various ambulatory care health conditions and will develop strategies to use best practice based on current guidelines.
4. Indicate how implicit bias may impact a patient assessment and discuss strategies that can be used by the provider to minimize their effect in the clinical setting.
