Overview
The course emphasis includes sharing the story of a professional leadership journey, identifying key trends which require leadership in maternal and child health, and the top 6 lessons leadership learned during the COVID-19 pandemic.

ANCC Learning Outcomes
  1. Discuss how the Advanced Practice Provider use leadership role to contribute better patient outcomes.
  2. Self report that they are able to apply the knowledge learned in today's session to practice.
