The SCH/SHC Advanced Practice Provider Grand Rounds is a monthly podium speaker session targeted towards all Advance Practice Providers (APPs).

1. Discuss how the Advanced Practice Provider role contributes to better patient outcomes.
2. Describe how implicit bias may impact a patient assessment and discuss strategies that can be used by the provider to minimize its effect in the clinical setting.
